Lemuria's forced heroes

Given that I make not the decisions of justice in the future and this is a hypothetical situation where the imprisoned are withdrawing from meth while in prison and further are in a future where consequences for their actions while still bad are a lot easier to redeem. Lucia and Kreh are eventually released for their crimes.

However to show that they have atleast learned something from the experience, Lucia, Kreh, Drake and Karla must all become heroes and protect the land from evil and this is given to them by requirement as a form of community service, through which they will work to help others.

While also being observed for a lengthy time, to ensure they do the right things through special cameras that are added as contact lenses to Lucia and Kreh's eyes.

This is also done because Lucia is blighted with the blood rose and she must recover from her habits by doing the right thing and killing villains, rather then those who are not a problem. As all people killed by the wand can easily be recovered and put through actual justice and makes a convenient catch for the villains who plan wrong doing in Lemuria.

They also do this to give Kreh something to occupy his time with, seeing as he has evidently been dethroned and once lived a life of luxury, so now needs a better alternative then power which can still meet his aggressive prideful habits, but is directed in the right way.

Karla simply volunteered because she felt bad and wished she hadn't accepted all that money for the crime, she also feels so bad she will continue to wear the wedding dress until completely destroyed. This she feels will redeem her somehow.

Drake is a special case because his genetic adaptations and mutations caused by being half human, half dog deman and effected by the blood rose. Has a fearful power which concerns the councils of the world and they want to ensure he lives a good life rather then a bad one, as he is technically only 5 years old but aged quickly to about 23 and matured as quickly, before ceasing this aging process. This makes him quite the oddity on Lemuria, especially with his eyes that can scare any, legend speaks of the ancient city of Prosporo, where the Persomnia Pavoriesse could do the same.

So we begin the story, starting on their first mission to defeat a man who has been using his access to advance technology, just to cause havoc with newly built monsters he designed. He isn't easily accessible for having locked himself inside the laboratory, where he keeps letting monsters out.

These are the days after the fire cult enters Fana and few are found in Lemuria today, where all that is left of the past, are ruins of the ship, burnt trees, human like trees, diverse flowers including the blood roses and several kinds of advance technology including Chaosedge.

Chaosedge is sort of like magic and sort of like advanced chance nanotechnology, which with a ring when one is in need can effect objects by chance of being effected by the particles within them which permeate and enter diverse things across the lands of Lemuria.

Quest of the Mad Man and his Monsters.

The town is called Axim, and all its people are trapped within, unable to even leave their homes locked up for fear of being attacked by the strange monsters, which will be shown. People in Lemuria live in homes designed to resemble internally their desired worlds while the outside is all the same. This keeps things both fair and liberal when it comes to a lack of organisation and skill for opening real portals.

This because after the destruction of the moonship, caused a regression of its people from Aerth back to Earth and thus people tend to debate here in Lemuria, only because they had fully forgotten tragedy and fully become used to a mostly peaceful and lengthy journey after the Balabia. This when the ship exploded left people with knowledge of advanced tech, but lost sight of the art of beleif in each other. As a result their technology is becoming increasingly schismed from a base of one unified theory and while they accept all to be true, they can't organize like they used to.

Thus the people here are living in fear and are hungry when the four arrive, they are immediately met face to face with the monsters coming out of the laboratory at the center of town.

The monsters are fast and run around spitting at people, this liquid is hot and scalds the skin. It is likely that these beings are actually robots carefully designed to look alive.

Almost immediately Kreh takes out his sword and starts slashing them with glee.

Because they are robots, Drakes eyes and Lucia's blood wand won't do much, but they are both equipped with Chaosedge rings and lifting their hands forward they call to have something occure. As a result the grass grows taller and tangles the many monsters.

Meanwhile Karla, who is a great marksmen is picking off the monsters with her gun from afar. Theirs nothing special about her gun.

They do this until they have reached the center of town, where the Laboratory sits and is sealed shut. This is thus a definite concern, because theirs no way in. Until Kreh points out the mad man needs a way to access resources and has not been seen leaving the building. As such their must be another way in and this can only mean the sewers.

Drake says:

"Heh, he's an idiot if he didn't seal that other entrance!"

Lucia says:

"Drake be nice."

So they head to find the easiest way into the sewers and once found descend into them with either carelessness or disgust. Karla most certainly disgusted, Lucia some as well. They walk down its tunnels knowing the right way and meet little disturbances along the way. Except for rats that run between their feet.

Arriving finally at the Lab again they climb up into the basement of the Lab, where they are shocked to find it full of blood. It seems the mad man is far more dangerous then they expected, as the amount of blood is coming from the scientists brutally stabbed and left to die one by one in the basement.

They avoid this mess as best they can and climb up the staircase into the greater laboratory that is also filled with blood, they begin to wonder how exactly a single man can do this and they fear they may be unprepared for the fight ahead.

Karla says:

"Well, this is definitely as fucked up as the wedding."

Lucia takes advantage of the situation and absorbs the blood of the dead, to gain some of her youth yet again, as the imprisonment and the journey had certainly taken a toll on her appearance.

Kreh says:

"I'm bored, when am I gonna fight something."

Lucia says:

"Actually your not, I'm supposed to get the goal because I have an issue that could kill me."

Kreh shrugs and they continue. Then they are attacked by yet more monsters who are a little larger this time and they fear that these things will only be stronger, but they are easily taken out because the building is full of Chaosedge, which they realize may explain the scene.

As many pitchers were flung about in that battle.

Finally they find the place where the man is still working on yet more mechanical monsters, he's hunched over and he has yet noticed them. He mutters to himself:

"If only they had believed me, when I told them monsters were coming."

Karla is shocked by this mans insanity and gasps, to which he turns and says:

"Oh, hello. Did you come for tea?"

Lucia has already stabbed him with the wand and drained his blood by the time he finishes the sentence, she moved swiftly as soon as they spotted him. With that the first quest was done and what was left in its wake was the reveal that this man was infected by something in his brain, which made him act this way.

They knew not who was the culprit, but it would likely come up again.

The End.

Mini reality version of technology:

Seeing as only three technologies were shown in this story and they aren't hard to access in toned down form in reality, we shall look at exactly how one can use Chaosedge and make monsters while not being harmful with it.
Chaosedge

Chaosedge can be used simply by using an object, or by using magic to in time alter the state of an object that is not moving. For example once I used my chance tail ( as its the same idea ) to move a shovel and later that day it slid all the way down the driveway because of wind and ice.

This can thus allow long term modification of an environment by chance, when one is able to recognize the potential in the near future, one can also use a similar feature of observing the environment to find means for something to use in the encounter of a situation where the need is met simply by using the object that happens to be present.

Monsters

Their are more ways to make monsters then the one listed here and they can be found both in the Yonder and Beyond texts and thus can be looked up yourself. This example is for people who want to exactly what the mad man did and can be done as follows.

Draw the monsters one wishes to release on the people outside, while in a public place and then imagine the people there in their usual manners as though in a panic fleeing the monsters you are imagining are there and helped with the visualization you just.

Perhaps cackle in silence while doing so.

Portal home

While I will discuss real portals at a later date, it is not hard to use what you can and thus build a inside and perhaps outside of home which resembles a world unlike the one one is in. This even I do in simple manner ( As I possess very little )

As a result in my case my almost cubic room is called my dog crate or kennel, has a window which the curtain often covers and is mostly a disaster of disorganized mess as this is the environment I am comfortable with. In fact while I could clean my room, I like it messy.

Infact when I lived at my parents, my room was both the messiest and included a pile of anything on my bed which I would sleep next to, hugged up against the wall while it took up most of my queen sized bed. I did this for months, sleeping contained to a tiny space next to the wall, having to crawl through the opening at the edge of my bed, which goes under the stairs to then get to rest. As the pile of stuff, mostly paper and books, became as a wall between me and my sleeping quarters.

I live like a filthy mutt and I like it. This is what makes me feel comfortable and thus while rarely understood by most other people is reason for me to live there and be happy. It's cleanliness I hate especially because I can't leave things wherever they fall and must put them back where they belong. I may have reverse OCD where I like disorganization in excess, rather then organisation to perfection. This has lead me to problems as my sister is the exact opposite.
